>>3613005While that is a factor to consider, for me personally it's due to Kemono Friends being an enlightening show for me. I love everything about it more than any man reasonably should, especially the characters, who are all so innocent and kind-hearted. I found them very fun to watch and extremely likeable, more so than any other cast of an anime I've seen, which makes the idea of sexualizing them like any other show's characters morally wrong in my opinion. Kemono Friends (at least Tatsuki's anime (which is the only version I acknowledge and consider to be real)) is free of any fanservice as well so that adds to this innocence factor.
My reasoning doesn't gel well with others sometimes and I have had arguments because of how I feel about this subject. It also makes looking for fanart into a personal slice of Hell, because even sites like Safebooru are full of sexually suggestive art. But I soldier on, for if you dig deep enough into the pit you will eventually find treasure.
