In the anime, it seems the creators are trying their hardest to overhaul what we currently know of potential actions the characters would act on. Even going as far as to break current canon. I don't think she will be excused from their madness and so, I will account this unwanted future ideal as an alternate version of herself.

Though, a slight percentage of that /u/ COULD be canon. It's not preference though. She's just incredibly lonely and hasn't let anyone else inside her fortress other than her student, presumably in a very long time.
>Latest game/gachaThanks to the community I've infiltrated, their translations show that she's still herself. Still the kickass anti-social veteran that remains true to tutoring and combat but still sweet within. Until any further information is released, I hereby mark this play of her character to be the closest thing to canon in the approaching 2020.
