If a larger than human normal sized baby can form due to more space in the abdominal cavity, then the hips must be proportionally wider to accommodate it. Alternatively the hips, being essentially vestigial, may not fuse together at all. Completely negating the problem I was trying to solve. The bone structure is just retaining a preferred look because of male sexual preference.
