>>2215661I own the MDR-V6 and I would recommend them. They are very well built and comfortable for long periods of listening. How they sound is always subjective, I think they sound great. The bass is punchy without being over bearing, the treble is boosted although it's not sibilant like the K701. They're good for picking out bad encodes and poor mastering. Overall while I like the V6, I prefer the sound of the MDR-CD900ST.
