The Fate route was adapted into a mediocre anime back in 2006(?) and should be watched at your own risk. It isn't very good. The anime WAS however abbreviated and enhanced a few years ago in a "TV reproduction" which is more like two short movies and is probably the best way to experience the Fate route without having to actually play the game, which you should just do anyway. If you don't you will always be that Fate-secondary that the hardcore fans dispise.
Fate TV Repro -> Fate/UBW -> Fate/ZERO
Any other suggested order is stupid and you should ignore them.
