Please don't take my babblings too seriously though, I'm not some authority on theology or whatever. At any rate, I haven't directly heard of any church authority condemning waifus or whatever, and I don't feel it's bad to imagine someone being there to comfort you.
Though, it's only as long as you don't obsess *too much* over a fictional character, to the point of neglecting more important things.
