It's from the concept movie. Roght before Shaft pops up ont he screen during the ballet part, there are some story board notes presented in low res. Some amazing autists on Twitter managed to up to make some info out.
The central story will revolve around the relationship between three people.
Side 1: Madoka
(still human)
-Wants everyone to get along
-Became friends with Homura during the time skip
-Doesnt understand why Homura hate's side 3
-Side 3 wants to get close to Madoka
-Side 3 sounds cheerful, but has emotionless eyes (gee, I fucking wonder who it is?)
Homura
-Wants to protect the status quo
-She will lie to Madoka, and every time she lies, it makes Madoka sad
-Wants Side 3 to die
-Says side three is a dirty liar
Side 3 (Last Side)
(99% side 3 is Kyubey, but more or less it seems like a plot device to create conflict between Madoka and Homura)
-Wants Homura to die
-Ironically responsible for Madoka and Homura being friends
-Claims to be "Margarita" (important the Japanese version of Swan Lake has a squirrel named Margarita who works to help save Odette and assist Siegfriend) Homura`s arrow is pointed at this with the phrase "Stop telling such ridiculous lies.
