>>3151340It's not popular currently. You don't see new doujins being penned for it. New Maka pictures either come from dedicated artists or occasional drawfags. It's not as popular as, say Hero Academia, which gets loads of artwork and fanfics these days.
>>3151343The manga is way better. The anime cut out some cute Maka moments, was animated poorly and removed most of the Jacqueline /Kim relationship development. The anime had some good moments in it, the original voicecast returns and ended better though.
