>>2279327It's odd, it's not using the flashback frame (which you can see when Ragyo shows up in the preview), but it's also eyepatch Senketsu. I do think he'll be back in the OVA, if nothing else that shot is a stinger. Whether he stays back is a completely different beast; if I had to guess, knowing Nakashima, he'll make it ambiguous whether he's still alive in the epilogue or not.
