>>3127730Ooh, that is a tough question. I love a number of monoeye artists. I think my main fave, and the guy who got me into them the most, was Shake-O, aka the mangaka for Nurse Hitomi. Aside from having a monoeye as his main character, dude is also behind the whole "first day of the month is a monoeye" challenge on pixiv, and regularly draw monoeye characters per suggestion.
There are others, but he's the one that comes to my mind the most.
