I'm being realistic and would like to lose about 20 lbs steady over the year (I have about 40 to lose). I lost about 60lbs years ago but left the Army a few years back and put some back on.
Depression hit me pretty hard over the course of 2016-2017 but I'm coming out of it now. It's funny, I never had any problems/happy teen years but I got to 25 and it felt like it hit me big time.
They're more goals than hopes.
