There would definitely be times that she would wish to have been around during Zelda's child years to experience a peaceful life for the first time. The present is something my Sheik would need to think about to complete the mission, but would likely not want to think about the sad state of Hyrule. Out of all of these, my Sheik would be thinking about the future more than anything. But I hope that if I could ever be with her and show her a happy, peaceful life, she could focus on the present. I really want to make my Sheik the happiest girl to ever live.

Though, I bet she would find it fascinating to see what Link had to go through and what she looks like in-game. I'm pretty sure that once Link becomes an adult, my Sheik would probably shed a tear or two being shown exactly what she had to live through for the first time since she was able to escape it.
