There's a mechanic in some of her games which is using a certain amount of shares (faith) to build roads to each dungeon, and she can at least fly between each nation in less than a day while carrying a person (when she flies off to Leanbox, she carries IF and Compa with her). Adult Neptune owns a motorcycle and I guess if Planeptune has any sort of air/ground forces she technically owns those.
