As for her eyes, the coloured and white parts are bigger than in the source. Is that what you're seeing?
I find it helpful to flip through the source and the vector quickly. For example I just noticed that the 'E' is above the shadow in your image. It's covered by the shadow in the source image, which looks odd to be honest.
