>>3557762To answer my own question, I think anything addressing Miia's snake-like appearance and bringing it up as a negative. In the first two chapters, she was really nervous at first that her host was being evasive and unwilling to give her any hospitality because of her appearance.
And when Miia and her host tried to hide in a love hotel from a gawking crowd that kept taking pictures of her because her looks were "so weird," they ran into a couple that insulted her by saying "Ew, those things can fuck?" It got her almost upset enough to cry.
