As for our pumpkin, it's... hard to say, really. She's not exactly had much of a chance to celebrate anything for reasons we know all too well, and even before the loops started she was basically always alone. That said, whichever version of her we're talking about, odds are anything she could primarily enjoy with Madoka would be high on the list for her. Christmas would be my best bet due to the way it's celebrated in Japan relative to the more family-oriented approach of, say, the US and Romania. I would've originally said V-day as well, but a few good doujin artists rightly pointed out that the devil would likely be too filled with doubt and self-loathing to give Madoka anything.
