It's not like a dude who can deflect a minigun can't keep his blade still enough to send energy beams back.
Speaking of, in regards to Dragons, how -does- he do that? Given that Edgey Genji is also canon, but hasn't been seen to do it, for...obvious reasons, do you think it's Genji doing it entirely himself, or is his 'classic' Dragonblade partially responsible?
