I really like Yasu's take on an older Rakka, it's like she's trying to become the next Reki with the tomboyish look and a creative outlet in the guitar. I'd love to see more people draw art of adult Rakka, she really is beautiful. Can't beat ABe's version though, gosh.

I can't see Rakka flying off any time soon. While she's definitely made a lot of progress I think she still has a lot of room to grow and really live up to her true name. Restoring the relationship between Old Home and the Abandoned Factory will probably be her next task due to her work in helping Reki, she might get more involved with the Renmei or Toga due to learning some of their sign language and I am certain Rakka will want to support the twins for a couple of years before eventually leaving. This is just my personal headcanon however so it's no more or less correct than your interpretation. ABe did do some adult Rakka art though so I'm right on that at least.
Gosh she's pretty.

It's a good question. Presumably if the show had a second season it would start with Nemu's flight and the twins' birth, and end with Rakka leaving, but I'm not sure what length of time it would cover between those.
