Consider the following: User A creates a themed thread. For sake of argument, I'll say "neko thread" (could be anything really, though). Because there's so much Touhou content out there relevant to that thread, it's all that gets posted and eventually, guess what? We have 2 threads up for nekos that's filled purely by Touhou and no pics from other sources.
You might think it's harmless, but the truth is it's slowly killing /c/ when every thread is a Touhou thread.
