You can't now since "old" sasami doesn't exist anymore only the new "redux" sasami which is in fact now a goddess manifested twice (one from initial assimilation with dying sasami and twice with the recollection with "old" sasami's memories being merged with "goddess" tsunami forming "redux" sasami which is by default a new person.)
Also me losing my memories would do nothing because "redux" sasami can either (being a goddess) bring back my memories of her or implant her memories of me having loving her into me. This will in fact completely invalidate your contract because it depends on me actually taking the Initiative to extend "sasami's" life and not being the catalyst of "redux" sasami's birth which is not the being or waifu formerly know as "sasami".
Which by this point "redux" sasami will learn the truth of the contract you made since you only said I would forget her and not you and this contract. In which case she will now know how much (as fucked up as it is) I love her and remember how happy she was being with me. Which will cause her stay with me for good.
