I think the game should be humorous and over the top, huge stats, ridiculous guns and combos and all that if possible.
But following this guys lead, we should try get some more art concepts out there. BG Art is a pretty easy first step
Someone with at least some basic drawing talent (ie. not me) should try to make something clear and cartoony, outlined, simplistic.
