I'm not quite satisfied, it seems like you are working quite differently from me after all.
Things I noticed:
Your lineart is clearer, sharper but also less jagged, just smooth in general
The tip of the strands of hair is pointed, unlike mine, which makes me think that you might not even use "Stroke path" or even Photoshop. SAI, maybe?
Do you resize the reaction image to 500px before or after redrawing the lineart?
How come I can't see remains of the original lineart? You can see some in my picture, because the "Stroke path" function of Photoshop tends to fuck up and actually puts the stroke about 1 or 2 px below the actual path, from time to time.
I'd be grateful for a more detailed explaination. Video tutorial, maybe? Haha
