It looks like when I rendered videos with transparency and then replayed them raw, that's what it looks like, it doesn't really matter but it confuses my why your Windows Picture Viewer would do that.
When you say sub image search, does that mean you don't have to specify the faces or mouths, and that it will select them by itself? Sounds kinda impossible to me, but it would certainly help a lot. I mean, even though I kind of adjusted my Photoshop action to be easier to work with, I still have to select and move the faces/mouths at least once per pose.
Your Original image looks strange as well, because mine doesn't have the face color filled in at all, that's so weird, I think your images are decoded differently.
