http://iqdb.org/ (good for general image searching),
http://saucenao.com/ (useful for doujins and manga pages),
http://www.tineye.com/ (not as good as the first two, useful as a last resort option), and Google's reverse image search feature. Most of these choices except Google even have downloadable browser plug-ins for ease of use.
On another note, OP should consider stop using emoticons. It almost automatically equates to mental retardation.
