OP, I know you love Kagami, and you want her to be your waifu, but, and no disrespect, Kagami wants Konata. Its painstakingly obvious. I know Konata made her say 'I wanna fuck Konata' in her dream, but dreams are just a gateway into your mind! Sure, Kagami was acting flustered when she got that note from the guy, but you think she might be bi? She was blushing AND turning away when she gave Konata a birthday gift, AND chocolate, she tries to act like a mother to Konata, she got all warm and fuzzy when Konata came over to see if she was ok. Konata KNOWS she likes her, so she always does things to get her to blush, get flustered, or snap back. Kagami is constantly trying to keep it a secret, but Konata sees right through it.

Although Kagami may deny she likes Konata, even to herself, deep down inside she loves her. Her mind made dream-Konata tell her to say that, because Kagami loves Konata!
