You can find the links at Kasane Teto's homepage, and It comes in three ways: CD, CD + DVD, and the limited edition CD + DVD. The last one comes with a Teto accessory, while the other ones come with a sticker instead.
Check how much would it cost the album for you before buy it. I bought two different albums along with the limited edition because the import tax was very high (about 60% of the Teto album).
