Can this be a sticky? Shall we go to /q/ and request that it becomes one? What are your thoughts on this, /c/omrades?
>>1990171 been requesting one for years, no luck

we still need someone to make an email and send it to moot...
if there eventually is an email, i propose you show it to us before you send it.

Commitment is absolutely necessary. Rules can be laid out and forgotten shortly after. Report offending threads, or at least remind the OP not to make a thread with single image again prior to bailing the thread, if that thread happens to be your favorite. But that's not what happening, isn't it?
Quoted By:
>>1990556 True, but only if people are really serious about this board.
Otherwise they just come, post and leave until they get response.
No amount of reports and reminding will save us from this.
However a sticky would actually remind all those rules before the thread is created.

I agree with the OP and /c/omrade above. Having a sticky would help remind people and newfriends what the guidelines are, and the chances are greater than not that the vast majority would adhere to them, even if there were the occasional violator. Sample email- Hi moot, we of /c/ having been having some trouble with people not being reminded of the board's guidelines and so were wondering if you would help us with this by creating a sticky outlining the board's rules; i.e no single-image request threads, check the catalog for your subject of interest before making a thread, ect. Thanks! Suggestions / Input?

I want to know why the mod deleted my OP image, disrupting the flow of threads I've had going for over a year. That's what I want to know.

I dislike the sticky. Its presence will change nothing. It will penalize diversity. It will discourage enthusiasm. It contains some questionable logic and I would like to discuss changing or removing it on /q/ if anyone is interested. This lady is expressing her disapproval!!! she is so mad. take that, thread

The sticky is nice to see, but it does lack a few things. Is there a guideline concerning "Western art?" Is it not allowed like other boards or tolerated on /c/?
