Without knowing what you've seen so far it's hard to make recommendations, but I'd suggest:
Sasameki Koto (The manga is superb.)
Toradora!
Shinryaku! Ika Musume
It also might be helpful to poke around /c/ and see if there's any characters you like, then track them down and see if you like the show.
