I once had read about a windows program which allowed you to tag images in the same style as a booru and search them up by tag in the same manner. I forget what this was called but it was a freeware by some anon. I've googled this to death to no avail.

At the moment I just have folders with the series name and sub folders for characters in the series. How do you all sort your images?
