Regarding 4chan. I lurk waifu threads from time to time on /a/ when I'm bored and mostly I only encounter none and 1 or 2 Yukarifags on rare occasions. But I can't see the general consensus about her since threads like those tend to circlejerk and only a little tend to bring hate. If someone does bring hate it would be just lowqualitybait like

Regarding the internet, well I can say she might be the most popular in terms of the main cast. If you take the amount of fanart in pixiv for example the ranking of the cast might go a little like this Yukari>Miho>Saori>Mako>Hana.
But seeing how she's handle like the show's mascot along with [spoiler:lit]Pz.IV[/spoiler:lit]chan I can't say I'm surprised nor complaining.
