Illya atleast got that her grandfather "loved" her, and the maids to a degree.Without a doubt Illya and Rin spent most of their childhood being taunted and manipulated subtly, or less than subtly, by their guardians though.
I'd probably shirou, while on the surface would have it harder, had it easier past that. He got to see Kerri enough to give him a good role model in life, he had taiga around a lot too. She's shown at the end of zero as Keri and Shirou move in as I recall. Nightmares aside he had a lot more support than the girls got really.
