Also, to discuss something I've thought about before, I understand why Mikuru is so afraid of Yuki. Imagine being thrust into the Haruhiverse. Your knowledge of Haruhi - who she is and what she's capable of - classifies you as an immense danger. All that needs to happen is the data overmind to say "enough", and you'll get taken the fuck out, probably by Yuki. Mikuru, being incredibly clumsy, is probably deathly terrified of this situation every single day.
