But it's so easy to forget all that when Isla keeps making you smile, everyone else keeps making you laugh and the show just gets into that smooth, comfy flow - only to rip your fucking heart out a moment later.
A show doesn't have to be unpredictable to tell its story well. And boy, does PlaMemo do just that.
Here's hoping we'll all be reunited with the ones we love one day.
And on a more light-hearted note - Isla is just too fucking cute.
