According to Deino,Calne Ca ain't Miku but a skeletonrobot called Ca wearing skins that look like Miku.
In this Miku-encased form the skeletonrobot is called Calne Ca. I have no idea why the skeletonrobot does that though.
As for the PVs, I think they are meant to be individual stories.
