Afu: Basically a cat: eats, sleeps, and is kind of an ass. So if you like cats she's not much different.
Chibiki: Too dangerous, can't have mythical creatures in my apartment.
Chicchan: Seems capable of taking care of herself but would probably nag a lot.
Chihya: My favorite, sleeping on my face would be an issue but I could deal with it.
Harukasan: I love her but she's way too dangerous.
Io: I don't have roaches so could be okay, but still potentially too dangerous.
Koami and Komami: I assume these come as a pair. Their pranks are mostly harmless although the tripwire could be bad.
Makochi: Seems harmless. Eats a lot but that's more because Makoto overfeeds her.
Miurasan: I love her too but the random teleportation is an issue.
Piyopiyo: Takes care of herself and can even work a job to provide income.
Takanya: Reasonably intelligent but eats a lot.
Yayo: Good for gathering change. Unlimited bamboo shoots must be worth something?
Yukipo: Competition for my favorite, she seems like the easiest. Mostly takes care of herself with the occasional brushing. Holes could be a problem so provide her with plenty of small spaces to hide in.
