Usually Calne Ca is depicted with some uncorrupted parts resembling a perfect slender girl's(highlighted via exposure or posture for greater effect) and wearing strongly feminine clothing(schoolgirl uniform, nurse, kimono).
Also, I think sympathy isn't a major emotion Calne aims to elicit, rather she's geared towards evoking a general sense of aberration, decadence and disturbing eroticism.
Here's a sympathetic Calne though.
Btw do you see Megrim's girls as sympathetic? I find them too forcefully designed towards eliciting sympathy with their mutilations and expressions to the point where most of them end up looking like edgy machines that have a bit of unfortunate girl stuck on. Some are perfectly pitiful blends though.
