I've wanted to tell a friend I am into loli. The only friend I think wouldn't be freaked out is my one friend, she watches anime. Since she watches anime she won't be freaked out by it right? It'll seem normal? I want to ask her out but I'm taking my it slow, so maybe this will impress her?

Anyway, you should just put it vaguely and without giving it too much importance, saying you prefer the younger girls in anime rather than the mature characters or stuff like that, should the discussion come up, this last bit I think is important: you don't have to force it or make it look like you're coming out of the closet with un unbearable and horrible secret, it's just an innocent kink without consequences on your approach to people (I hope it's just that for you at least).

Not everyone who likes anime would see lolicon as normal nor there's any reason someone would be positively impressed by that unless it is a shared thing or it is seen as an aperture to intimacy in terms of discussions and a liberation to express preferences freely without the risk of judgmental pressures on both sides, I guess.
Surely it is not a thing to say to someone you don't have much confidence with, like it would seem in this case.

I was embarassed to tell my friends at first, but I eventually told them, one by one, and they all seem to have no problem with it.
