What you’re referring to as the Aoki Ume general, is in fact, a Hidamari Sketch thread, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Hidamari Sketch plus Aoki Ume's other manga thread. Madoka is not Aoki Ume's work unto itself, but rather a collaboration project between the Magica Quartet, and she's merely the character designer for it. You're welcome to post about Madoka Magica here, especially if it's related to its character design, but overall it's not really purposeful to force everything Madoka related here when it's more popular than the rest of Ume's series combined.
