Their names are Callie and Marie in the US, also known as squid sisters. They're often seen in opposing costumes in fan art because there are competitions where you pledge your allegiance to one thing or another (hotdogs vs hamburgers, water slides vs rollercoasters, etc), so each of them chooses one too.
