>>2727321Because anime studios aren't allowed to make more than two seasons for a show and the Rosaro+Vampire manga went on for so long they didn't even try to make a coherent ending to the anime and made a weird three episode mini-arc at the end of Capu 2 that threw the manga's script out of the window and made up it's own ending.
Unfinished is a poor choice of words from the other anon, but the ending of Capu 2 is pretty terrible. The rest of it is pretty much business as usual from the first season, though.
