No we are to talk about 2D things every day but we all know that japanese look like shit. But I think everyone here imagines his waifu as a french girl if he's french, british if he is british, chinese if he is chinese. The only ones who can't are african people.
But indeed it is illogical to make japanese mangas character look like caucasian people. It's as if japanese were ashamed of being asians and somehow it's like if they're showing us they are ugly as sin.
