Dog girls tend to have small tails and floppy ears. These aren't as aesthetically pleasing. The other design is more similar to wolf girls, where they have catgirl style ears, but these are usually too big and bushy tails. I'd say wolf girls are 2nd best though if the ears are proportioned well and they stick to a reasonably sized bushy tail. Most Momiji pics do this well.
Foxgirls have ridiculously large ears and bushy tails. No go for me.
Why no bunnygirls though? Just curious.
