tamamo is the caster from fate/extra, fate/extra ccc, and fate/extella (not out yet)
fate/extra ccc also had some weird shenanigans with tamamo where there were other tamamos, i'm not sure of the details since it's not translated yet but i think they were different facets of her personality.
