Hana would be a close runner up since she is very skilled at flower arrangement and knowledgeable when it comes to flowers in general but thats the closest thing to overly girly that I can think of. She is also seen as having a large appetite and love for food which some could consider not that girly.
Miho has her moments especially when it comes to Boko related merchandise and whatnot but I wouldn't consider her a girly girl.
Yukari is absolutely obsessed with tanks and knowledgeable when it comes to military history so that would be a no.
Finally Mako is practically asleep for most of the day and considering her personality I doubt she would care for anything overly girly.
