>>2897048>>2897379Yep, it's Ultra Maniac. The anime was a lot of fun. I heard it was made less serious and more slice-of-life-y compared to the manga, which is a good change for me but may not be for others. I didn't read much of the manga though, so I can't verify that for sure.
But I can definitely verify that it's a reaction image goldmine.
