I can't remember what the show was... or even if it was a VN.
All I remember is that a mail character had a swimsuit+stockings(maybe thighhighs) kink and on a couple occasions was really excited about a VN/anime release within the show that featured his ideal girl. I think his ideal girl looked a lot like this image. Though that's not quite her... gelbooru failed me this time around.
Any ideas?
