>renting the plane?yes, 150/hour for a plane rental 50/hour for the instructor. so even once you get the license the plane rental is about 150. that's with fuel and insurance cost factored in though. as for cost break downs from biggest to lowest its essentially Maintenance, Insurance, legal and fuel.
But honestly priceless for what it did for my confidence and well being. Even if i'm still a sack of lazy shit, at least i accomplished my childhood dream and got my wings.
