Gameplay-wise, I don't do comp because I'm aware of my limitations, but I think the new Summer Games event is a bit of a letdown and the new skins are kinda lame (except Mercy's; if I wanted to see the characters in beachwear, there's already tons of fan art like that, and most of it's better. Wasted a perfectly good opportunity for hula girl Symmetra).
Lore-wise, I didn’t like how Doomfist’s introduction makes that awesome first trailer pointless, or that Genji and Tracer jobbed out to put him over (especially her, because this marks the /second/ time that’s happened). I've gotten tired of seeing the bad guys get away with everything while the good guys get nothing done, and I reached a point where I felt like the story was actually regressing and was getting seriously fed up. I feel like this came along just in time before I stopped caring entirely, so now I'm finally warming up to it again. I loved the Junkrat one, too.
My apologies; rant over. I tend to get really invested in things that I enjoy, so when I feel they’re heading in a direction I don’t like, I get a bit worked up. You guys are good people.
