>>3122925Perhaps it's different in the manga, but I always thought the way technology is portrayed in the anime frames the series as taking place between 2006-2008 or 2007-2009 as opposed to 2004-2006. Most of the tenants have LCD televisions whereas CRTs would have been more common in 2004, and Nori's monitor, OS and programs lead me to believe she got her computer between 2006 and 2008.
Not like 28 is that much younger than 30, though.
