I was watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdDvI0PG_68 an this youtuber is trying to explain the mystery behind Hatoba Tsugu and from the little I could understand is that:

Well, someone in /jp/ said people in a discord server solved the Hatoba Tsugu ARG and there was only fanart in the file.

But I have a feeling that this is not the end. If anything she left those fanarts as clues.
